Community Guidelines

Keeping Kurr respectful and safe

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Kurr is a community where you post under an auto-assigned username. Your phone number is used only for sign-in, security, and compliance — it is never shown on your posts or comments. These guidelines describe what's expected of everyone who posts or comments, what content isn't allowed, and what happens if content or an account doesn't follow them.

Strict rule — zero tolerance: Do not post hate speech, abusive messages, insults, threats, or any content meant to hurt, demean, harass, or target another person or group. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not. Violations can lead to immediate content removal and permanent account suspension, and may be reviewed for security and compliance where required by law.

Respectful communication

Disagreement and debate are a normal part of any community. Keep criticism directed at ideas, not people; assume good faith; and express disagreement without personal attacks, insults, or pile-ons. Content that crosses from disagreement into harassment or abuse is covered below and is not allowed.

Harassment and bullying

Hate speech

Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.

Threats and violence

Personal contact information

Kurr is anonymous. Do not share a way to contact you or someone else off the app. This includes:

Asking others to message you privately, or posting contact details in comments, is not allowed. Content that breaks this rule may be rejected or removed.

Warning: never share personal details on Kurr. If you post an email, phone number, or social ID, you do so at your own risk. Kurr is not responsible for contact, harassment, fraud, or any other harm that follows.

Reporting inappropriate content

Every post and comment in the app can be reported directly from within Kurr. If you see content that breaks these guidelines, use the Report option on that post or comment and choose the reason that best describes the issue. Reports are anonymous to other users and are sent to our moderation system for review.

Content moderation

Kurr uses a combination of automated checks and report-based review to help enforce these guidelines:

Violating these Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or security and compliance review. For illegal content or serious abuse, we may take further action, including disclosure where required by law.
